Setting up App Connect for JobAdder

JobAdder is a cloud-based, all-in-one applicant tracking system (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for recruitment agencies and corporate talent acquisition teams. It simplifies the hiring process by automating job postings to 200+ boards, managing candidate applications, and handling placements.

As a third-party integration, the JobAdder integration comes at an additional cost

Install the extension

If you have not already done so, begin by installing App Connect from the Chrome or Edge web stores.

Setup the extension

Once the extension has been installed, follow these steps to configure JobAdder in the extension.

  1. Sign in to your RingCentral account in the extension, and select JobAdder. Make sure to click the "Connect" button.

  2. A window will be opened prompting you to login to your JobAdder account. Authorize JobAdder and click "Accept".

When you login successfully, the browser extension will automatically update to show you are connected to Zoho. If you are connected, the button next to JobAdder will say "logout".
