Dominion is a dealership management system (DMS) used by automotive dealerships to manage sales, service, and customer records. RingCentral's integration with Dominion brings click-to-dial, screen-pop, and automatic call logging directly into the tools your sales and service teams already use.

Setup and configuration

Important: enable the integration first

Before you install anything, contact Sales to have the Dominion integration enabled for your account.

Install the extension

If you have not already done so, begin by installing App Connect from the Chrome or Edge web store.

Connect to Dominion

1. Open App Connect and log in with your RingCentral account.
2. Navigate to Settings and select Dominion from the list of connectors.

Don't see "Dominion" in the list?

If "Dominion" isn't showing up as an available connector, it likely hasn't been enabled for your account yet. Contact Sales to have it turned on.

1. Follow the on-screen prompts to log in and link your Dominion account.

Once connected, App Connect will begin logging calls and SMS against your Dominion records, and screen-pop customer information as calls come in.
